JB-73 – Claims Manager – Personal lines schemes
Excellent opportunity as an experienced Claims Team Manager to manage a small (with expectation that this will grow) you will be solely responsible for the leadership and direction of the team.
Role
- Managing a small team of Claims Handlers providing a cradle to grave claims handling service delivering a first-class customer service.
- Will be responsible for the growth of the department, management of claims philosophy and continuous improvement.
- Due to expansion and commitment to customers this is an exciting opportunity for any ambitious individual who strives to work in a fast-paced demanding environment.
- Responsibilities will include team operational performance and ensuring proactive handling of cases throughout the business.
- Also deal with complaint handling
- Ensuring effective communications within the team
Experience/Skills
- Looking for someone with proven people management experience in an Insurance claims environment.
- You will be a good people manager who recognises the importance of great teamwork in achieving excellent operational results.
- You will have the ability to communicate effectively and understand what a good working culture looks like.
- Someone who will lead a team effectively and who has accountability for team operational performance, staff development & engagement and customer satisfaction.
