About Job
New Business Underwriter will be responsible for developing, negotiating and profitably underwriting new/existing business. Planning and managing individual own work to deliver agreed objectives and SLAs. Use the appropriate method of communication (telephone, face to face) to maintain successful internal and external relationships. Act on individual audit results and agreed action plans within agreed deadlines to improve own performance.
About You
The role requires insurance market and industry knowledge, strong verbal communications skills and a proven ability to deliver first class customer service. Qualified Cert CII or commitment to work towards within an agreed timescale. (RDT224)
