About Job
Senior Underwriter will develop, negotiate and underwrite profitability new/existing business and provide underwriting support at partner and customer sites if required. Manage individual work to deliver agreed targets, objectives and meet SLAs. Act as referral point for Underwriting team providing coaching and training and conduct audits and provide feedback, coaching and training as appropriate. Provide team manager support as and when required.

About You
Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service, be qualified DipCII (or commitment to achieve) and market/industry knowledge. Strong verbal communication skills, experience of staff coaching and effective stakeholder management. (RDT223)
