Lead and manage the operational underwriting function covering West Yorkshire and North East locations, applying underwriting and pricing strategy and policies to build technical excellence and deliver profit and income targets.

About You
Proven senior-level experience in commercial insurance underwriting with a solid grasp of market processes. Strong relationship management skills and a track record of developing lasting partnerships. Expertise in leading teams, managing resources, and motivating staff. Highly analytical, numerate, and pragmatic in decision-making. Skilled in operational and strategic planning, as well as technical underwriting for large cases and portfolios.
