This is a brilliant opportunity to join a major Worldwide Insurer, specialising in property & casualty.  You will be home based but be able to travel to meetings with clients and the Birmingham office.

About Role

The role will involve underwrite property and casualty risks; proactively managing the submissions, quotes and binds for new business delivering against targets.  Building and maintaining relationships with Brokers to provide insurance solutions to customers, analysing and evaluating risk to achieve business goals

About You

Solid experience in underwriting, product knowledge, regulatory frameworks, the local insurance market, financial analysis, and risk assessment is essential. Strong analytical skills are required to evaluate risks, market products, and make informed decisions in line with risk appetite. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with brokers are a must. Capability to analyse industry trends and contribute to projects implementing routine business or regulatory changes is important.  (AB485)
