About Role

The overall purpose of the role is to sit within the Commercial Team and provide support on New Business and Renewals. In addition, the role will offer support to one Account Executive.  Preparing business presentations for insurer panels, marketing to selected insurers, and distributing for quotations. Communicating quotes, recommending options based on price and coverage, issuing invoices and policy documents, and updating client records. Maintaining system diaries and following up for outstanding information from insurers and clients.

About You

Good level of experience in broking with comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.  Strong written, oral, and telephone communication skills with excellent customer service commitment.  Highly organised, proactive, and adept at problem-solving while managing multiple tasks.
