About Role

In the role of Fleet Commercial Underwriter, the focus is on driving and transforming broker portfolio interactions through responsive, flexible, and collaborative relationships. A strong balance of technical and trading capability enables empowered decision-making, supported by data, insight, and decision support tools on mobile technology to achieve success.

About You

Ideally, you will have experience working in a Fleet underwriting setting, whether with an insurer or broker, and possess strong technical underwriting skills. You should also demonstrate commercial awareness, expert negotiation ability, and a proven capacity to build strong broker relationships alongside a solid grasp of the current commercial insurance market.
