This role focuses on maintaining underwriting excellence, developing technical capabilities across the team, and serving as an escalation point for complex risk decisions while ensuring portfolio profitability and growth.

About You

Advanced experience of underwriting, product knowledge, financial analysis, or risk assessment experience within the technology industry. Significant experience and track record of external development activity. Portfolio management skills, Analytical/Critical thinking, excellent communication skills, ability to work with and lead people and experience coaching and mentoring others. (AB500)
