About Role

Assess customer risk profiles in line with operating standards, delivering high-quality service and efficiency. Identify and escalate factors restricting effective performance, make improvement suggestions, and implement changes where possible. Support the senior underwriter by acting as a point of contact for less experienced team members.

About You

UK Insurance experience and technical knowledge of all areas of protection underwriting is essential.  Previous experience of dealing and managing stakeholders is also preferred.  Candidates must understand the needs of the customer to ensure they are treated fairly and have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve issues working with a team.  (RDT495)
