About Role
Drive performance and service within the underwriting team by leading improvement initiatives and coaching colleagues. Qualify and price accounts in line with company goals, recommend market pricing, and achieve financial targets. Engage with brokers and customers, delivering presentations and acting as a key contact, while maintaining market expertise and collaborating with business partners.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience in Financial Lines, particularly D&O and Management Liability, and be capable of effective risk assessment. You should also demonstrate strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, possess excellent communication abilities, hold or be working towards ACII or CII accreditation, and exhibit a strong drive to succeed with sound commercial underwriting understanding.
