About Role
Claims Broker to act as a primary point of contact for clients and establish effective relationships with both clients and insurers offering client-centric claims solutions. The role will be handling claims from notification to final settlement whilst maintaining an audit trail of actions and adhering to FCA and company compliance protocols.
About You
Previous experience handling claims is essential. Candidates will ideally possess knowledge of FSA rules and guidelines and general insurance and underlying legal principles. Plus first rate customer service skills, an ability to understand their needs and strong telephone and negotiating skills. (AB370)
