About Role
As a Commercial Insurance Trading underwriter you will be responsible for servicing Brokers, underwriting new business, renewals, and MTAs. This role is for someone who comes from a broking or underwriting background and is passionate about developing in their career. You will be aligned to a portfolio of brokers/customers to proactively develop and profitably grow their commercial book of business.

About You
Previous property & liability underwriting experience is preferred, but not essential – Full training can be provided, but some experience of working in Insurance is essential. Looking for the ability to analyse risks, communicate and present effectively to brokers and/or customers and work collaboratively within a large complex organisation. Good knowledge of the FCA and other relevant regulation and legislation and strong commercial business acumen to create and deliver business cases is required. (SB305)
