About Role

Senior Development Underwriter opportunity to proactively manage the submissions, quotes and binds for new business and deliver against target quote and conversion ratios. Utilising ability to build relationships internally/ externally, assess moderately complex risks, negotiate terms, and sell products in challenging markets to contribute to the sustainable profitability and company success.

About You

Strong experience of underwriting, product knowledge, financial analysis, or risk assessment experience is essential.  Looking for strong critical thinking skills with the ability to underwrite, market products, identify financial challenges, and analyse available information to make decisions in alignment with risk appetite. Excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully negotiate with Brokers is also essential. (RDT374)
