About Role

Senior Underwriter (Property & Casualty) to develop, negotiate and profitably underwrite existing business, managing a defined caseload to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs.  Acting as referral point for the team providing coaching and training and acting on individual audit results and agreed action plans within agreed deadlines to improve performance.  Understanding and operating within regulatory framework and identify and escalating any risks to the business. Conducting audits and providing feedback, coaching and training.

 

About You

Candidates must have insurance market and industry experience/knowledge and DIP CII qualification or commitment to achieve.  Also looking for team coaching and effective stakeholder management experience within a commercial environment and strong verbal communication skills.  (RDT329)
