We are here finally, after lots of thinking, planning and meetings! We are proud to officially enter the Manchester tech scene!

But who are ProFound!?

The Director, Richard Townsend is a career recruiter, but he is anything but a “typical recruiter”. He was lucky enough to train and learn his trade in an environment which wasn’t driven by numbers and meaningless KPI’s, which means that his  focus is on long term relationships with clients and candidates, and most importantly, an honest, up front approach, always preferring quality over quantity.

Does Manchester need another Tech recruiter?

Probably not, but, if you want to try working with someone who is cut from a different cloth to the existing tech rec’s, then we’d love to talk to you and see if you like what you see. We are primarily focussing on contingent assignments, that means you don’t have to pay upfront to see if you like our service.

Do we have any areas of specialism?

We do! The director of ProFound has spent 13 years recruiting in the Insurance, financial services and Legal sectors. This means that we have a unique and deep understanding of these sectors, client profiles, pressures.  We are geeks about keeping up to date with trends in these sectors.
